Requests to reconfigure the beds after check-in are subject to an additional service fee. ★ BATHROOMS★ The apartment features two modern bathrooms, including a private ensuite with a bathtub, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring Sydney. ✔ Shower ✔ Wash Basin ✔ Mirror ✔ Toilet ✔ Hair Dryer ✔ Towels ✔ Ensuite bathtub ✔ Essential Toiletries (Body Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, hair dryer) ★ Laundry★ A private internal laundry with a washer, dryer and complimentary detergent is available for your convenience. ★ Parking★ The apartment has it's own secured underground parking spot that is provided free with your stay :) Other things to note Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. There are 3 keys provided to guests. A fob key for the garage, a fob key to the building and 2 house keys. Please do not lose them as they come with a fee for replacement. Fees are as follows: - Garage Key: $350 - Building Fob: $200 - House Key: $100 Fines for breaking rules: - Party: $2000 + expense of any damaged items - Smoking inside the apartment: $500 + expense of any smoke treatment - Unauthorised guests at the property: $100 per person per night Registration details PID-STRA-68018
